We develop a road map for our athletes to optimize their athletic performance using functional strength training philosophies. Our Programs are designed to increase athletes' overall strength, power, speed, mobility, and stability.
Our Premium Athletes receive an in depth athletic assessment and individualized programming.
Athletic Performance Assessment
In order for us to design a program specific to your needs, we have to evaluate how your body is currently operating. Our athletic performance assessment consists of a conversation about your goals, health history and any injuries you might have. We then evaluate your mechanics through a series of tests and discover the strengths and weaknesses to your current status.
Programming
After your initial evaluation we develop the game plan to get you operating at 150%. Our program will enhance your strengths, strengthen your weak areas and begin to develop the roadmap to peak performance.
So we established your goals, developed a program and started the journey towards peak performance, however, we aren't done yet.. Now it's time to introduce benchmarks. The key to capitalizing on your performance is measuring how far you've come and incorporating new challenges to stimulate optimal growth. Our benchmarks will do just that giving you a visual representation of your progress.
